ATRS programs and services are covered by State regulations. A regulation is a rule adopted by a State regulatory agency to implement, interpret, or make specific the law enforced or administered, or to govern procedure. ATRS adopts, amends, and repeals regulations to conform to statutory requirements or to implement, interpret, or make specific statutes, court decisions or case law.
This section contains any proposed revision to the Rules and Regulations of the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System that the Board of Trustees is currently in the process of adopting, amending, or repealing. Interested persons may submit their views, orally or in writing, to the General Counsel, Arkansas Teacher Retirement System, 1400 West Third Street, Little Rock, AR, 72201.
