Divorce and Your ATRS Benefits ATRS has updated its model QDRO for use in dividing your ATRS benefits in a divorce. ATRS will no longer accept qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs) using the prior model order after July 1, 2009. This does not affect any QDROs previously accepted by ATRS.
