Milton Carroll Sr., a Vietnam Air Force Veteran, Air and Army National Guardsman and Retired Federal Manager became a Preretirement Counselor with ATRS in August 2007. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked five or more years with several federal agencies.
Milton is a graduate of the U of A Little Rock (B.A.), and holds a Master of Education in Counseling from the U of A Fayetteville.
